Exercises that you can do at home

You don’t need to go to a gym to be in shape. You don’t even need to buy expensive equipment. With a little bit of thought you can use stuff that you find in your house to exercise. If you want to build muscle mass, then you got to head to the gym.

Exercising at home does have its limitations. You might not find one hundred pound weights to do bench-press. Obviously you don’t want to bench press your bike or fat wife! Just kidding!

Chest

Do floor pushups. To add more weight on your chest, place your feet on top of your bed or stool. If you want more weights, then you can ask someone to place a huge object on your back, while you do pushups. The better thing would be to ask someone to sit on you while you do the pushup. These kinds of pushups add tremendous definition to your body. You will have strong arms, back, and a shapely chest.

Biceps

Use a bucket for this. An old metal bucket is good. Fill the bucket with something. Water could be good, but water will spill. Fill it with something else like saw-dust or coir fibers. Now use a sturdy towel and sling it over the handle of the bucket. Clasp the towel, and curl the weight. This is an effective forearm exercise too.

Triceps

Hold your staircase railing. Suspend and balance yourself with both hands. Lower yourself and bring yourself back to the original position.
